You can expect our programming to expand in the coming months, which will include our Workplace Track, Marketing Track, and Recruiter Track courses—and more!

While our courses are pre-recorded, allowing you to learn at your own pace, you will still have access to our facilitators once a month for open office hours. Our office hours will allow you the opportunity to ask any clarifying questions, share reflections, and use our expert facilitators as resources.

At the moment, Petal is only designed for individual participation. However, as our community grows, we look forward to introducing spaces where members can participate in thoughtful discussions and share resources and reflections with one another.

For founding members, your 1-year membership includes access to our current Core programming and all upcoming, yet-to-be-released courses. It also includes access to our monthly facilitator office hours, our guides and resources, and live Bloom events hosted on Petal. This is an opportunity to enjoy our most accessible pricing and kickstart your growth. Once we release additional programming, membership prices will increase, but you’ll be locked in at the lowest cost.

All of our self-serve HR policies and templates come paired with a guide to support you with crafting systems that are compliant, reflective of industry standard for a company of your size and aligned with your cultural goals. Plus, we will be hosting weekly HR office hours for you to ask Advisors specific questions as they come up.
