Interviewing via Bloom

Just applied for a role with one of our partners? Looking to join the team at Bloom? Here’s everything you need to know below:

  1. A human reviews every candidate application

  2. You will hear from us within two weeks of applying for a role

  3. We ask all of our clients to provide feedback after their interview with you within 48 Hours. Sometimes this takes longer than we would like but we will never leave you hanging

  4. We are happy to make reasonable accommodations throughout the interview process if needed upon request

  5. Regardless of the role, relationship or connection to someone at Bloom or one of our clients, every candidate gets the same interview experience. We pride ourselves on taking a genuinely inclusive approach to hiring and building teams that start with consistency.
