Bloom Academy is the best-in-class digital program for immersive diversity, equity, and inclusion learning experiences, taught by the team at Bloom with special guest facilitators. We have created context-specific learning experiences that help you navigate the nuanced, grey, and uncomfortable areas of your personal journey so you can show up for the folks you serve in a more inclusive and authentic way.
Are you a recruiter, talent acquisition specialist, or hiring manager seeking direction on how to optimize your processes for equity and inclusion? With a combined 40+ years of talent experience, our team has witnessed it all when it comes to hiring, from the good and the bad to the downright ugly. Here’s your chance to create a meaningful impact at the systems level—and beyond. Bloom Academy for Recruiters is the only learning experience of its kind and is explicitly designed to help you recruit talent through an anti-oppressive lens.
Sessions will take place on Tuesdays from 12:00 pm–2:00 pm ET starting September 12, 2023, for a total of 8 weeks.

We know that legacy ways of working were designed for a very narrow segment of the population and that oppressive systems have created barriers for folks from historically marginalized communities for far too long. Students and Early Career Pricing
We firmly believe that our people early in their careers are the future. Equipping students and young individuals who are just launching their careers with the tools and skills to challenge and dismantle oppressive systems is how we make sustainable change. This option is available to anyone currently enrolled in a post-secondary program as well as folks who are in the first 1–3 years of their career.
$599 CAD + tax or 4 installments of $149.75 CAD + tax
Not-for-Profit Pricing
Grassroots and not-for-profit organizations often do some of the most critical work on shoestring budgets. We want to help support the folks making a difference in our communities to embark on or further their DEI learning journeys.
$999 CAD + tax or 4 installments of $249.75 CAD + tax
Accountability Buddy Pricing
We often say at Bloom that "we go further together". If you're hoping to enlist the support of your manager, your report, or your work bestie, this option is for you.
$2999 CAD + tax for two registrations (must be currently employed at the same organization)
L&D Budget Matching
We understand that Learning & Development budgets only go so far and that in the current state of the economy, paying the difference out of pocket may not be feasible for everyone.
Bloom is happy to match your organization's professional development budget up to $1000 CAD.
